  • Registration

    Register online for Laurel camps on this website. Registrations will be accepted until camps are full; once full, registrants will be waitlisted in the order received. Questions? Contact the Summer at Laurel Office at 216.455.3065 or by email at Summer@LaurelSchool.org.
  • Payment

    The 2020 camp fees are reflected within each camp description. Payment may be made by credit card (MC, Visa, AMEX, or Discover). Full payment is due upon registration if a payment plan has not been selected. Refunds will not be granted after May 1, 2020. There are no prorated fees or refunds for campers arriving after the start of the session, leaving before its completion, or missing any time during the camp. A one-time $25 non-refundable registration fee per camper will apply at the time of registration.
  • Multiple-Week Discount

    Sign up for multiple weeks of camp and save! Participants will receive a total of 5% off each week of camp, when they register for two or more sessions. Weekly discounts apply only to camps that are offered on a one-week session basis. Discounts do not apply to any of our overnight camps or partnership camps, including but not limited to those with the Cleveland Museum of Art, Heights Youth Theatre, Little Medical School and Drobots.
  • Camp Cancellation Policy

    While it is always a last resort, Summer at Laurel reserves the right to cancel any camp due to low enrollment. Should this happen, camp registrants will be notified a minimum of 14 days prior to the start of their scheduled camp, and a full refund will be issued.
  • Discipline Policy

    All participants have the right to a positive and safe experience while attending Summer at Laurel. As part of this right, campers are expected to follow and support our expectations of participation, positive attitude, and respectful behavior at all times. Behavior or language perceived by the Summer at Laurel Staff to be disrespectful, hurtful, unsafe, or threatening may result in camper’s suspension or dismissal from the program. This extends to any behavior that undermines our goal to create a positive experience for each individual attending our program.
  • Lunch & Snacks

    All Summer at Laurel campers at the Lyman Campus and the Butler Campus will be provided hot and cold lunch options prepared daily by Laurel School’s culinary staff at no additional charge. Campers will, however, need to bring two nut-free snacks and a refillable water bottle to camp each day.
  • Shuttle Service

    Shuttle service is available for an additional fee of $50/week for Summer at Laurel campers attending full-day camps at Laurel’s Butler Campus in Russell Township. The shuttle leaves promptly from Laurel’s Lyman Campus in Shaker Heights at 8:30 am daily and returns around 4:15 pm each afternoon. *Pre-registration is required.
  • Extended Care

    Before-camp care and after-camp care is available at Laurel’s Lyman Campus in Shaker Heights for an additional fee. Before-camp care begins at 7:30 am and after-camp care is available from 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm daily. The fee for before-camp care is $45/week and the fee for after-camp care is $60/week. Daily drop-ins for extended care will be charged $25/day. A fee will be charged for late pick-up. A nut-free snack is provided daily to all campers enrolled in after-camp care.
  • Holidays

    Summer at Laurel 2020 will not run any camps on Friday, July 3.
