Ages: Rising Seventh and Eighth Grade girls (not enrolled at Laurel)

Format: Five-day summer leadership development program

Location: Laurel’s Lyman Campus in Shaker Heights

Dates (one week): June 8 – June 12, 2026

Time: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

Cost: Tuition-free (application required)

 

Using Laurel’s Center of Research for Girls’ frameworks, LeadHERship Lab is an immersive leadership experience designed to help participants build courage, enact compassion, and strengthen their personal goals.

Throughout the week, girls will engage in hands-on activities, collaborative discussions, and reflective practices that empower them to grow as confident leaders and transformative changemakers.

Participants will develop essential leadership skills, connect with peers from other schools, and leave inspired to make a positive impact in their communities through purpose-driven action.

Application Deadline: February 27, 2026.  Accepted applicants will be notified early March 2026.  Any applications received after February 27th will be considered as space permits.
