Gator Train Jr.

Ages: Girls & boys age 24 months to entering Preschool*
Format: Four sessions designed around themes; campers are encouraged to sign up for multiple sessions.
Location: Laurel’s Lyman Campus in Shaker Heights
Session 1 (2 weeks): June 9 - 20 (no camp June 19) - $765
Session 2 (2 weeks): June 23 - July 3 (no camp July 4) - $765
Session 3 (2 weeks): July 7 - 18 - $850
Session 4 (1 week): July 21-25 - $425
Time: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

All aboard! It’s time to ride the Gator Train! Gator Train, Jr. campers will explore the world around them as they set off on week-long adventures, focusing on themes designed to spark imagination, wonder and creativity. Led by Laurel faculty, each week will be filled with outdoor play, music and movement, creative art, water and sensory play, songs and stories, yoga and so much more! Gator Train, Jr. campers will have an opportunity to enjoy a special activity each week brought on site specifically for them. Seats on this train are limited...make your reservation today! 

*Campers attending Gator Train, Jr. are not required to be potty trained.

Gator Train

*Campers attending Gator Train must be fully potty trained without the use of pull-ups and have the ability to use the restroom independently.

Butler Explorers 1

Ages: Girls & boys entering Kindergarten or First Grade and at least five years old*.
Format: Three two-week sessions; campers are encouraged to sign up for multiple sessions.
Location: Laurel’s Butler Campus in Novelty**
Session 1 (2 weeks): June 9 - 20 (no camp June 19) - $765

Calling all nature explorers! Salamanders, spiders, and sparrows await as campers set off on a magical forest adventure at Laurel’s sprawling, 150-acre Butler Campus! This one-of-a-kind outdoor immersion camp is perfect for the youngest nature enthusiasts—designed for kids ages 5 and up who are rising into Kindergarten or First Grade. Each day, Butler Explorers will venture along hidden wooded trails, splash in cool creeks, and watch for birds and wildlife near peaceful ponds. From hands-on nature discovery to cooperative games, arts and crafts, and an exciting off-campus field trip each session, every moment is packed with adventure.

No two days are alike, with camp-wide events adding even more excitement! Rain or shine, our campers thrive outdoors, with cozy Yurts ready to shelter them during thunderstorms or high winds. With a cap of only 24 campers per week, this is an exclusive opportunity for kids to connect deeply with nature and make unforgettable memories. Prepare to dive into a world of wonder—just bring your sense of adventure and weather-ready gear!

*In order to attend camp at our Butler campus, campers must be rising Kindergarten or First graders AND at least five years old. Campers under the age of five will be removed from the camp.

**Shuttle service from Laurel’s Lyman Campus to the Butler Campus is available for an additional fee.
