Registration will be rolled out over three days as follows:
Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. Registration opens for currently enrolled Laurel students in Early Learners - Kindergarten (rising First Grade for fall 2025).
Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. Registration will open for currently enrolled Laurel students in grades First-Eleventh (rising Second-Twelfth Grade for fall 2025).
Friday, January 24, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. Registration will open for siblings of currently enrolled students and the general public.

With the health and safety of our campers and staff at the forefront, all planning and requirements with regard to COVID-19 will remain fluid so that we can adjust if and when needed.
How do I make PAYMENT?
The 2025 camp fees are reflected within each camp description. Payment may be made by credit card (MC, Visa, AMEX, or Discover).
Full payment is due upon registration if a payment plan has not been selected.
Refunds will not be granted after May 1, 2025. There are no prorated fees or refunds for campers arriving after the start of the session, leaving before its completion, or missing any time during the camp.
A one-time $25 non-refundable registration fee per camper will apply at the time of registration.
What is your CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY?
While it is always a last resort, Summer at Laurel reserves the right to cancel any camp due to low enrollment. Should this happen, camp registrants will be notified a minimum of 14 days prior to the start of their scheduled camp, and a full refund will be issued.
What is your DISCIPLINE POLICY?
All participants have the right to a positive and safe experience while attending Summer at Laurel. As part of this right, campers are expected to follow and support our expectations of participation, positive attitude, and respectful behavior at all times. Behavior or language perceived by the Summer at Laurel Staff to be disrespectful, hurtful, unsafe, or threatening may result in camper’s suspension or dismissal from the program. This extends to any behavior that undermines our goal to create a positive experience for each individual attending our program.
Do you provide LUNCH & SNACKS?
All Summer at Laurel full day campers at the Lyman Campus and the Butler Campus will be provided hot and cold lunch options prepared daily by Laurel School’s culinary staff at no additional charge. Campers will, however,need to bring two nut-free snacks and a refillable water bottle to camp each day.
Is there SHUTTLE SERVICE from Lyman to Butler?
Shuttle service is available for an additional fee of $65/week for Summer at Laurel campers attending full-day camps at Laurel’s Butler Campus in Russell Township. The shuttle leaves promptly from Laurel’s Lyman Campus in Shaker Heights at 8:30 a.m. daily and returns around 4:15 p.m. each afternoon. Pre-registration is required and spots are limited.
What are your EXTENDED CARE options?
Before-camp care and after-camp care is available at Laurel’s Lyman Campus in Shaker Heights for an additional fee. Before-camp care begins at 7:30 a.m. and after-camp care is available from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. daily. A fee will be charged for late pick-up. The fee for before-camp care is $50/week and the fee for after-camp care is $70/week. Daily drop-ins for extended care will be charged $25/day. A nut-free snack is provided daily to all campers enrolled in after-camp care.
Are you closed for any HOLIDAYS?
